Vigortrix Order Processing Time
All Vigortrix orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays). During peak seasons or national holidays, slight delays may occur.

For U.S. orders, shipping addresses are verified using USPS address validation. If you’re unsure about your address format, visit USPS.com. This verification does not apply to international orders.
Shipping & Delivery Information
We ship orders Monday to Friday, using UPS as our main carrier. Deliveries do not occur on weekends or public holidays.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Vigortrix is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments after they leave our facility.
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your package, please contact USPS or UPS directly.

❗ Refused Deliveries: Shipping and handling fees will be deducted from refunds for refused packages. Refunds are only processed after returned products are received and inspected.
International Shipping Policy
International orders may take 4–6 weeks to arrive, with some shipments requiring up to 8–12 weeks due to customs processing and destination factors.
Vigortrix is not responsible for customs delays or additional international shipping fees caused by remote locations.
Order Cancellation Policy
Due to high demand, orders are sent immediately to our fulfillment center.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase by contacting support@vigortrix.com. Cancellations after 24 hours cannot be guaranteed.
If your order has shipped, refuse delivery or return the unopened package with valid tracking to qualify for a refund.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
Vigortrix is not liable for packages sent to incorrect addresses due to user input errors.
If a package is returned due to an invalid address, we will contact you with options for reshipping or refunds.
